Kellogg Co. realizes it was foolish to send a cease and desist letter to non-profit Maya Archaeology Initiative to stop using a toucan in its logo. Agrees to contribute $100,000 to help build a cultural center in Guatemala instead.

Good for Kellogg to own up to their mistake.
On another note, it appears that the Mayans had giant toucans that ate people who tried to climb to the tops of their pyramids.
This is good news. I was gonna sue Kellogg’s for using my family name without permission if they didn’t.
